5. 12 “Healthy” Snacks That Make You Hungrier: Courtesy of Abigail Thorpe on Greatist

There are so many snack items today marketed as healthy. If they contain words like “low-calorie”, “all natural”, or “low-fat” people will buy it. But a lot of these snack-type foods aren’t as healthy as they claim to be and can actually make you hungrier. In this article, Abigail shares 12 of these snacks. While I think this list is good, I disagree with #9 where she mentions white rice. White rice isn’t bad for you, but there are a lot of calories per serving. So you need to be aware of this. If you’re someone who needs a lot of carbohydrates rice is a great food.

Enjoy!
